The legal basis for processing your data is the exercise of the City Council’s powers, the provision of the services you have requested, and the consent of the data subject.
Under no circumstances will automated decisions be made based on your data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to countries that do not meet the legally required standards or without your prior express consent.
All information provided by the user must be truthful. The user is solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the City Council or third parties. The Tarragona City Council reserves the right to exclude from its services any user found to have provided false information, without prejudice to any other legal remedies.
