Description
People with recognized illnesses or disabilities that restrict their use of public transport may request exemption from the circulation restrictions of the ZBE for one vehicle.
Requirements
The applicant must prove that they have been diagnosed with an illness or recognized disability that prevents them from using public transportation and, therefore, they need to travel by private vehicle.
Those interested must register the vehicle in the following form and attach:
- The compliance report signed by the center’s physician.
- Identification document of the applicant (DNI, NIE, passport).
- In the case of persons under guardianship, the incapacity and guardianship judgment and the certificate of acceptance of the guardianship position must be attached.
Once compliance with the requirements has been validated, it will be exempt from the restrictions on circulation of the EPZs.
