Justification motivated by reasons of general interest: safety, health, civil protection.
Justification to satisfy a private and temporary need.
Justification to go to a car repair workshop
Justification to drop off/pick up students with reduced mobility
Justification for access to a public or private health care facility
Requirements
Those interested must register the vehicle in the following form and attach:
- Identification document of the applicant (DNI, NIE, passport).
- Documentation justifying sporadic access
Once compliance with the requirements has been validated, it will be exempt from the restrictions on circulation of the EPZs.
