Description
Vehicles used to transport people with reduced mobility may apply for registration in the Registry to benefit from the exemption and be able to circulate within the LEZ.
Requirements
Private vehicles: Vehicles for the exclusive use of transporting people with reduced mobility. Only one application for this type of authorization will be allowed per applicant who has an individual parking card for people with reduced mobility.
Public transport for people with reduced mobility: Vehicles adapted for the transport of people with reduced mobility (according to the vehicle’s technical inspection card or public transport parking card for people with reduced mobility).
Those interested must register the vehicle in the following form and attach:
- The corresponding parking card for people with reduced mobility.
- Applicant’s identification document (DNI, NIE, passport)
- In the case of persons under guardianship, the incapacity and guardianship judgment and the certificate of acceptance of the guardianship position must be attached.
Once compliance with the requirements has been validated, it will be exempt from the restrictions on circulation of the EPZs.
