2. Purpose and retention period of data processing.<\/span><\/h3>

The data you provide to us through various means, including contact forms, surveys, or procedures at the time of data collection, complies with current data protection legislation and is used solely for the purpose of providing you with the service you request.<\/span><\/p>

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.<\/span><\/td>Your personal data will be kept until such time as you request not to receive our communications, at which time they will be deleted. Activities<\/span><\/th>We will process your data for the management of activities, courses and workshops. Subscribers and users of the Patronato Municipal de Deportes<\/span><\/th>We will treat your data to provide the services of the Patronato Municipal de Deportes. The data may be transferred to the instructors of the center to keep track of the classes.<\/span><\/td>Your personal data will be kept until the moment you unsubscribe from the services of the Patronato Municipal de Deportes. After that, they will be deleted after the legal retention periods have elapsed and unless administrative, civil, labor and\/or criminal liabilities may arise.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
Social Services<\/span><\/th>We will treat your data in order to support the user in the field of social services by the Municipal Institute of Social Services of Tarragona. Your data may be transferred to third parties when carrying out service referrals.<\/span><\/td>Once the service ends, your data will not be used, however, they will be kept for the mandatory time in accordance with the provisions of the Classification Table of the City Council and Tables of Documentary Evaluation of the Generalitat de Catalunya for each procedure.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

The legal basis for processing your data is the exercise of the City Council’s powers, the provision of the services you have requested, and the consent of the data subject.<\/span><\/p>

Under no circumstances will automated decisions be made based on your data.<\/span><\/p>

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to countries that do not meet the legally required standards or without your prior express consent.<\/span><\/p>

All information provided by the user must be truthful. The user is solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the City Council or third parties. The Tarragona City Council reserves the right to exclude from its services any user found to have provided false information, without prejudice to any other legal remedies. <\/span><\/p><\/div>

In order to properly provide the service, your data may be provided to entities that provide services to us (APPs, web hosting, service referrals), and they will process your data as “data processors.”<\/span><\/p>

This management of your data is carried out solely and exclusively to guarantee the performance, security, and availability of the services we offer you, ensuring that these entities apply the technical, legal, and organizational measures and best practices for information security.
